My Razer Mamba Elite is not being detected by Synapse

My Razer mouse will not connect to the synapse program. It works with all the other PCs but mine. I tried a new download, a clean installation, resetting my PC completely and still, it is not working. No one can solve this problem. If you think you got a solution please leave a comment below.

You're installing Synapse 3, right? Resetting PC - you mean clean install or reset to factory defaults from windows 10? In most cases uninstalling synapse helps, then removing your mouse with drivers from device os manager, and system cleanup with ccleaner (+ registry clean), and after reboot install synapse software again.

If @FiszPL advice dont help you can laso force windows to reinstall driver for mouse. Go to windows device menager then find mouse and remove it unplug mouse cable or adapter and reboot pc when windows boot plug mouse back windows will install new driver.

@0598775 Windows reinstall is a bit extreme. I don't recommend going that route. Do send me a PM should the problem still persist. I'd be happy to help you out.
