Hi the mouse works fine except for the wheel it doesnt scroll neither up nor down but when i click it cycles the entire page

Hello,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Maybe we can update its firmware later on.
