I have a 2-month-old Razer Viper V3 Pro that I’ve used multiple times with both a wired connection and a wireless dongle. However, this week, when connected via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, although it works fine with the wireless dongle. I’ve also tried connecting it to another device, and I’m experiencing the same issue. May I ask for opinions or help with this issue?

I just bought the mouse and the wired is not working wireless works fine.

Same issue, synapse won’t recognize it wired. When it’s plugged in it’ll slowly flash green as if it’s charging but it won’t move the cursor.
I have the opposite issue. Wired it works, wireless it connects and disconnects over and over again.
i have same issue with Basilisk Ultimate i mostly used wired just today it stopped working with cable, i used the wireless dongle and it works fine i don’t understand the issue and when i connect the cable all lights light up any solution ?
