Ryzer Viper V3 Pro onboard memory not saving

I tried to save simple commands on the mouse like the sensitivity clutch and and the r key. Both aren’t marked as needing synapse running in the background and i know that on my Basilisk v3 its saved onboard without any problems, but on the viper v3 pro it only works when synapse is running in the background.

SO the problem seems to have been Synapse 4 and with 3 installed it worked without any problems and saved all my changes onboard. (I tested sensitivity clutch and keyboard keys).

I have the same issue as both of you with the Viper v3 Pro. None of the side button modifications are saving. So if I set the side buttons to Page Down and ‘ which I use for Push to Talk, they aren’t saved….even with Synapse open. As soon as I try it on a webpage the side button defaults to “Back” instead of “Page Down”. did you fix this? this seems like a very fundamental issue
