Bluetooth Error 14

I have a Razer 2 phone and when I attempt to connect to my Car Stereo (AVIC-8400NEX) via Bluetooth the phone will connect for about 15 seconds and then disconnect, and then "error - 14" is displayed on the stereo. If I disable the Media Playback and HD Audio Option from the Bluetooth connection on my phone, the Phone will pair with the stereo and stay connected, however I will not be able to play any media over this connection. Has anyone experienced this? The phone pairs fine with other headphones, etc.

    I have similar problems with my mercedes. Was waiting for long time for updates to fix Bluetooth problems, Plus I have wifi signal as well. So, now I just wait until my contract finish, so I can move to different phone, no more razer! I suggest you the same. Don't waste your time, no one will help you. Responsible for the problems people aren't not showing up, they hiding in there holes like cowards.

    Thanks for the advice, AT&T has a 14 day return policy, returning this phone this morning, which is a shame, other than the Bluetooth the phone is really nice.
