Hey insiders! I have in my possession an Arctech Pro for the Razer Phone 2 that I no longer require. Instead of selling it I'm going to give it to one of you lucky lot! The case isn't brand new but there's no marks etc on it. So to be in with a chance of winning just post below what you'd like to see from a Razer Phone 3 and I'll pick someone at random next week. This problem seemed to occur out of nowhere. I didn't install any new programs or updates. Whenever I try to access near the top of the screen the notification pulls down. This is happening at too low of a point. So I can no longer access the top most row of apps, the address bar, or anything in that top ~centimeter without activating the notification pull down. In chrome I can't access the address bar without this happening but I can see the notification bar pull down. I must rotate horizontally to access. In apps I can't access the top screen nor can I see the notification bar. I have to reopen an app after an ad because I can't click on the x to exit. P/s : I have tried shutting down and restarting Thank you for any help!

Just wanted to drop by and say "Thank You" to Razer for a few things. Continuously updating the Cortex mobile app. Especially the ways to earn silver. (In the last few months, we have gotten Analyzer, new game booster options, bug fixes , stability improvements, and as of today, Tapjoy. It's a new way (on cortex) to earn more silver.) Also, a warm thanks for updating the RP2 recently, and closing some security issues. Lets not forget a 1up for the forum, and the active Vanguards. Thanks again, peeps.

Your device needs to have TWRP, or be fastboot capable. Should work for both RP1 & RP2. I have fixed my own speaker glitches this way. But I do a lot of stuff to my phone, and my issues could have came from that and yours from elsewhere. Also, I should mention for the sake of information, that my speaker audio glitches happened most while doing things like watching a movie or playing a game with Dolby on. Might be obvious, but I've seen others say their glitches happened at other times too. I just thought I'd offer this advice on the chance it's not more hardware related on your end. Try this: (Again, I don't use GSI ROMs, but this should work for those who do, also.) Yank the vendor.img from the dev files on the RAZER site that are the appropriate update number and current os for your device. Hello everyone, I am a glad owner of a Razer Phone for one and a half year now and very recently there has been ghost touch on my phone for some reason. I tried removing the screen protector and see if that's the reason but unfortunately that wasn't it. I also didn't drop my phone that could've caused this problem it just sorta happened out of nowhere. My guess would be that it's a Software problem since once I restart my phone it comes back to it's senses but after some time to screen goes ballistic with the ghost touch again. Unfortunately I don't have warranty for this product anymore and wanted to ask if someone had similar experiences and found a solution to it. Thanks in advance!!

I'm interested in buying the Razer Kishi for my ROG Phone 2 but I don't think it would be compatible, purely just by looking at the placement of the USB-C connection. Does anyone know for sure if this would or would not be compatible with the ROG Phone 2? Thank you. EDIT: I'm aware the ROG Phone 2 has its own controller (the ROG Kunai) but I'm unable to find it anywhere for a reasonable price in the UK.

Anyone has this issue? Lost few games because of this! Screen blackout but the game and audio are still on. No issues playing on my Xperia 5.

Hello, im new here and i had this "spazzing" of screen 3 times since nov 24 of last year and for 2 times i manage to restart the phone and fix it but today after trying to restart it and finally restarting it, my phone is very sensitive when touch. it opens up app when im not even touching it. Scrolling is unresponsive, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnot. So far i tried factory reset and no luck. Is there a way to fix it or do you think razer will fix it for me? thank you

I've seen a few people ask how to activate this from time to time as I browse various forums. Root is required to activate, but you can unroot afterwards. After the following fix, the tester app goes from saying unsupported to this lovely screen! Is there any other way such as some adb command to get the phone into download mode? Everytime and everyway many variations I have tried and after it 5 second pauses on the unlocked bootloader warning it will not go into download mode, it goes into charging mode. Any ideas?

Anyone know where they can buy parts for this thing? It’s still under warranty but they require you to mail it for repairs for min one week and I’ve had to start 3 separate cases just reminding them I need a shipping label. They still say “I’ve sent a message to the other guys just come back if you haven’t gotten anything in 24 hours” every time. So. I’m contacting local shops but no luck and I’m looking at risking doing it myself just need to find somewhere I can order the stuff. Been wanting to try out minecraft earth but Google AR is not supported even though the Hardware on The razer phone 2 is more than adequate to do so. is there any chance there will ever be support for Google AR Core?

Hi! I am an active RZR Phone 2 user and experience many bugs :frown_: But to many of them i found solutions! Like the flashlight bug; Turn off HDR in camera and the flashlight should work again! Or the freezing phone bug; Turn off adaptive battery It does not affect battery life that much and it will help to stop freezes! Hi all. I have a Razer Phone 2 and the Raiju mobile. I have had no problems with them untill the last week or so. Not the controller won't stay connected to the phone unless via USB. When I try to connect via Bluetooth I get a message that says the phone can't connect because if incorrect pin. But there is no pin to enter. The only other time I have seen this is when trying to use Xbox x-cloud on my Sony Xperia 10.1 tablet and an Xbox controller. Has there been an update for the phone that may have caused this?? Any help would be great. Thanks

Much like any most other phones, this is mostly regarding the outside appearance of the phone. Has your screen cracked? Anything falling off? etc etc. So far, my phone has held up decently, performance and such is still great. However the charger port is having issues being well connected as it doesn't 'snap' on anymore. And one layer of the speakers, which is a type of sticky cover is falling off too. Along with my Tempered Glass cover already broken from a drop, actual phone screen was not affected thankfully, but removing the glass cover surely dropped some tiny glass residue over one area of the speaker and onto myself. Hopefully it doesn't cause damage to the small speaker. I think I've had the phone for 1-2 years by now. I remember getting it on a Christmas sale and got it back after having a defective on the first. Around early/mid January is when I first got it last year. At the last year of December,my charging port is fail,I buy a wireless charger to keep the phone run,now my wireless charger is also fail,I am now connecting with razer support.During the times I go to the computer repair shop and change the charging port.However,the problems is not on the charging port,it is on the motherboard, means the problems is more serious than I expected, repair will be hard and expensive.
