Would anyone have any clue why my Refurb RP1 with MR2 (i.e. 6033) will not OTA update? Razer support was not very supportive and with the tales of other refurb buyers ending up with phones in download mode, I am not keen on RMAing it. There is no SIM card in it but I do not know why one would be required.
I could manually load the OTA but was told this would void the warranty(???).

if you are installing Razer software, then it shouldn't void your warranty. there would be no way for them to tell you modified the software if you are using the official software. They likely thought you would be installing third party software which would void your warranty. if you can get the OTA release then just install that, it shouldn't be an issue, same problem here, I will be installing the latest update via the OTA release.
