USB-C Dongle not working for 3.5mm headphone on Razer 2 Phone

My dongle just stopped working. I have the initial dogle that came with the phone and it was working for a few weeks ago. The blluetooth works fine as well as the charging. Any help or guidance to get this working would be great .

I went to redit to look for this same problem and it Sayed to just plug it in harder and somehow it truly works so I'm guessing the real problem is there must be a pice of dirt or something inside so try cleaning it and try again here's the link to redit https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/7m7l3n/razer_phone_dac_not_working/#ampf=undefined

When you plug it in, do you get any kind of notification from the OS? See if you do. Also, try plugging them into a computer that takes USB-C, and see if they work there. If they don't work on the phone AND the laptop, then there is probably a fault in the dongle itself.
