Discover a new realm of gaming immersion as we take it beyond sights and sounds. Explore our new interconnected ecosystem of intelligent haptics. This is Razer HyperSense: http://rzr.to/ProjectHyperSense

We’re combining Razer Chroma and the power of connected devices to bring you next-level tactile gaming immersion. Together with the Razer Nari Ultimate, we’ve expanded Razer Hypersense beyond the headset into your mouse, keyboard wrist rest, and even your gaming chair.

Using accurate positional audio and specific in-game sounds, Razer HyperSense translates these events into haptic feedback across different gaming peripherals.

  • Feel the kickback of the rifle on your mouse as you aim down the sights
  • Experience the rumble of the earth from your chair as an explosion rocks the battlefield
  • Sense the footsteps of your enemy on your wrist rest as they’re about to turn the corner

Just like Razer Chroma, we’re also working with game developers to bring specific in-game integrations to Razer HyperSense. The high-fidelity haptic technologies mean that developers can tie in specific game events, audio cues, and mechanics to create natural, lifelike feedback.

It’s time to engage your sense of touch. This is the future of gaming immersion. This is Razer HyperSense. Find out more: http://rzr.to/ProjectHyperSense

this might be the wrong place to post this but i have recently purchased a razer chroma black widow keyboard, is the game integrated with the keyboard yet? if so, how do i sync it with SOTA??? thnx for any help
I have razer snyapse running, but in the options menu i am not seeing any option in the game menu to enable keyboard lighting, where is this located?

First of all here you find list of all games that support chroma lightning:
https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/games
If your game is on the list you can find the profile in synapse 3 main page->chroma connect and there will be list of all games/app that have pre-build profile and will be active then you open game/app there you can enable or disable the profile as well. On synapse 2 you cant becose there is no page to menage them. If your game is not on list on supported games that manufacture of game dont create that kind of profile for his game.
I need monitor!
Nice! This seems cool!
Now blind people can play
Lol - i have to say - even tough i kinda understand what it is for and why someone would do it - i guess i am too old for this ;)
I always deactivate rumbling on my controller when I play games on Controller..

Just asking myself, but will the lifetime of the devices be shorter due to the rumble ?

If you look at nari ultimate you will find that hypersense lower the battery life time so i dont think anything will change with new devices it depends what battery they have. For sure there will be a toggle to disable hypersense in synapse to incease the battery.

This looks really cool. Hopefully it's as immersive as it seems.

Yes and no 🙂 even if you play solo in games like PUBG or Fortnite the goal is to survive or moba where you claim the lader to get high rank. In some case this might be a distract from gameplay but for sacual play like i write above is great as more immersive expiriance. Time will tell how this technology will adapt :)

By solo i didn't mean PUBG or Fortnite but more something like the campaign of Call of Duty or Resident Evil.
That would make the game more immersive.

Seems fun

I think this technology is more adequate for solo games.

I will say that i have mixed feelings about this. For casual play is great future to give gamer a more immersive gameplay but for competative play it's more distracting that helping or giving an edge. The best exaple is headshoot in fps when you have verything set to shoot and something blow and mouse vibrate taking cursor from point to another direction i dont say vibrate move but hand when you feel the vibration. So yeah for casual play great for competatice i dont know but for me not every game will take advatige of this.

Personally, I think this sounds like fun - though, I suspect I'd be startled quite often by it. lol
i love it....but my £60 bank balance won't allow for it... 😞

Nice
How about you fix Synapse 3, kill the derth of bug, add backwards compatibility for all of the orphaned products still stuck on Synapse 2 and give us a new Orbweaver first? Who would want to feel things shake? This FEELS like an xbox rumble controller ripoff, which very few people liked or used.

Nice... Finally something facing Steelseries.
I can’t wait for this. My wallet is going to take a beating from all these Hypersense enabled devices I would need to pickup.
Userlevel 4
Good job Razer! Can’t wait to try these out 🙂

I'd like to try it with the Nari, if it is for me I'll go all in.
