having issues with windows 10 my microphone on my nari headset does not work

anyone out there help me to resolve my new nari thx headset. I am not getting any sound on my microphone. and if i want to listen to music from my speakers do i have to constantly switch in sound setting

    For listening from your speakers yes you have to change every time. I asked the same question some time ago and never got an answer can't find anything anywhere. For the microphone what settings do you have?? Both on the windows sound settings under recording tab and at the synapse under microphone tab??
