Baracuda x dongle doesnt want to synchronize

Since the dongle for my baracuda x broke, I bought a new one for it. My consoles does recognize that their connected but no audio is played.  I was told to go to a specific razer website to connect my dongle to my headphone. But the last part wants me to turn them on and wait for a blue light to start blinking. I see it doing it but nothing happens. Please help.
