Has ANYBODY at Razer looked at the numerous issues you’ve caused since one of the updates a good few months ago? We’ve had updates since and nothing seems to fix the problems with keys not being sent, some people not being able to created custom profiles and the like. Now this is completely unacceptable.
I for one moment today got the Tartarus to tyoe 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 off the top row using the default and not been able to make it do it since. I can’t used saved setups for it and if I create them from scratch I have my lights switch nicely but the keys do nothing. What is it with this absolute obsession with having millions of coloured lights when the objective of a KEYPAD is to have KEYS that work. Stop pissing about making everything about getting some stupid little peripheral be able to have matching lighting and focus on making things work.
I mean if you’re not going to make it work I’d like my £129.99 back. You’re bloody snake oil salesmen at best right now. Just put your software up as open source and your community would fix all your issues in a matter of days.
