Same issue

I created a thread earlier about my kraken v3 headset not working. This was the issue: “My headphones used to work perfectly, but all of a sudden started not working anymore. When I go on youtube it says something like : “audio connection failed”. When I go on spotify, the music does not play and says: “Spotify can’t play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it.” I have tried to see if my pc was the problem by testing sounds and videos with my other devices/headphones, but they all worked perfectly fine. It seems to be an issue that only occures with the razer kraken v3 headphones.” The same issue has happened again. This may be something that will frequently happen, so I want to fix it as soon as possible.
