I recently bought a Razer deathadder v3 wired 3-4 months ago it worked fine prior to this happening but as of today when ever i use the mouse in windows or play games in fortnite it doesn’t let me move the mouse and stops moving for a few seconds and then fixes automatically,

I have the same problem. I used the mouse for several month without any problem. But sine a few weeks, the mouse would freeze for several seconds. This happens especially after booting, although there currently no update being executed.
Switched to another USB-Port. It got even worse
I was having the same problem. Try to clean the sensor with some isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip. It worked for me
