Razer Support Tickets never answered?

How long does a Razer Support ticket take to get answered? I have seen many post here and only after people post about their support ticket going unanswered does it get attended to. I have been waiting for the past 4 days, but I saw someone say it took over 2 months with 0 replies or that the ticket was simply closed by support without a single reply. I hope that's not the case for me.

    Open a support ticket now been three weeks I haven’t been attend to after telling me to wait for 3 days
