I have problems with my BlackShark V2 Pro 2023:
I used it for 6months with no problem and now I have problems with sound. After some time of playing (sometimes 15mins sometimes 30mins) my sound get distorted like im in a barrel. After few seconds it stops and go back to normal. That used to happen once a day maybe… But now it happens more and more and it became so anoying.
I tried to uninstall Synapse with all programs and do fresh instal. I tried to reset all settings to default and still that problem is here…. For first 6 months everything was ok…. Im so disapointed, Im big razer fan, have all my periferals from razer but Im so disappointed with this headset.
