The blackwidow v3 pro keyboard can be typed but the lights won't turn on.

Hi I have a problem with my blackwidow v3 pro keyboard

I can type but I can't turn on the light

I tried resetting it, reinstalling synapse, changing the ports but I can't turn on the light

Try updating its firmware. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the light is working or not. Feel free to shoot me a PM if the issue still persists. Do include your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
