Hello,
I have an issue with my Basilisk Ultimate USB dongle. A couple of days ago, it started to disconnect and reconnect constantly, like every second. The mouse and Synapse software are up to date, and Windows also has the newest updates. The USB dongle was tested on different USB ports and on a different laptop at my workplace. Despite trying other devices and Wi-Fi, it keeps reconnecting over and over again. The mouse works when connected via cable.
Is there any possibility to fix this issue?
