Why is Razer customer support not responding!

I don't understand why Razer customer support is not responding to emails and complaints. And I'm starting to think they put the bad gift cards out there intentionally.

I'm not calling any phone number because I'm not stupid. I know Razer never had a customer service phone number to begin with. Thanks

The best way is to submit a ticket directly on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/, you can also try the live chat option (you always have your case history).

If you’ve submitted a ticket - sometimes it’ll require more time to process, but you’ll get a reply.

I'd tried the live chat option but it keeps saying no available agent to speak with

Try again later - if I remember correctly there should be some time visible when the agents are available. Or try @Razer.sushi.boi @Razer.Aero

By the way, have you tried reaching out to the reseller? If you believe that the cards were tampered with or fraudulently used, consider reporting the issue to the retailer and potentially local authorities, as well as filing a report with the fraud department.
