Hello,
I have no audio from my headphones when using the wireless dongle. They work with the cable and when connecting via BT the sound in games is very weird and unusable. Also the headsets don’t get recognized in Synapse 4.
What I tried:
- I updated the firmware to the latest version for both headset and dongle
- I used the pairing utility and followed the steps and it said it paired
- I reinstalled synapse 3 and now I installed Synapse 4 (the headphones don’t get recognized)
Please help me with this.
