Razer Blade 18” 2023 model Battery stuck at 0% Wont charge, only powers on when plugged in.

As many threads have already mentioned, and which I have tried all fixes. Uninstalled battery driver (restart), unplug it let it die replug it in later. My ONLY guess, is that they have given me a faulty charger, I have two charging blocks they gave me ( 330W) and my only assumption to this point is that the one I happened to bring on vacation is faulty. Unfortunately as I am on vacation, I cannot try with my other power cord which has never given me an issue. Nothing is working to solve the issue. The laptop works perfectly fine while plugged into the wall, but that’s not why I bought a $4,500 laptop. Every thread says the same thing & seems like after YEARS there is no fix for this issue. Making this thread so I have documented the issue the laptop was Purchased on 10/24/24 current day is 12/08/24. Extremely frustrating as it seems off prior threads the support is not helpful at all. If the problem persists when I get home I will be pursuing a replacement and/or refund as it does not seem like this problem will have a real fix anytime in the future based off how many years this has been happening to other models. Wish I discovered this issue before making a big investment into this laptop.
