Razer Laptop Stand Chroma v2 not turning off when laptop is switched off

Hello! So I’ve recently switched to Razer Synapse 4 and after a few days my Razer Laptop Chroma stand v2 lighting stopped turning off when I shut down the laptop. I updated the stand to the latest firmware, but the problem persists. What might be the issue?
