Black shark v2 THX direction sound problem

I just got the black shark v2 (wired with soundcard USB) and the THX direction is coming from rong positions! I have synapse 4! I see that many have the same problem more than 3 months now and razer doesn't do anything! Are you guys gonna fix it or should I return them and buy something else? I pay for THX and I don't have THX! I try everything! Reinstall instal...I try every (fix) I found on the forum, on redit, on YouTube and nothing! What a joke! I'm really disappointed!
