I have a problem with the Mous Viper 8kz, it disconnects from the computer when I lift it slightly, but when I try it with other computers I don't get that error, what is the reason for that?

Loose USB in motherboard/pc case maybe?

I’d try other USB port for test.

I understand that your Razer Viper 8KHz is having a connection issue with your PC. Since the mouse works fine on other computers, it likely points to a connection issue with your specific setup. To further isolate the problem, please do the following steps:

  1. Verify Windows is up to date.
  2. Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
  3. Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.
  4. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.
  5. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
