Razer blackshark v2x not recognized by any synapse version

My blackshark v2x jack type, isn't recognized by my laptop nor any synapse version.

Looking for support asap.

*my laptop model is Dell Vostro3500

Manual is your friend.

Analog headsets are not supported by Synapse.

Can you provide me with more details on the  manual thingy since I'm not the tech girl and i tried every method on YouTube, thank you for early reply too

Manual is always in the box with headset.
