Hello, I have a Razer Black Shark V2 and a usb sound card but the thx spatial audio doesn't work : I heard a difference but the sound is the same in the left and right speakers. I test lot of method but never fontion. Can you help me please ? I don't have a code fir the surround 7.1 or Thx Spatial Sound

Try 3.
Synapse 4 may be buggy sometimes when it come to THX Spatial.

Yes but, I don't find the synapse 3 download, I have only the download for the 4 and I have test with the 2 and 4 but never work.
But if this doesn't work, what could I do ?

I have test with synapse 3 but no result, it is the same sound in the left and right speaker
