Viper V3 hyperspeed disconnects

Hi, my Viper v3 Hyperspeed mouse disconnects while I'm using it, and sometimes reconnects after a few seconds. Other times, the mouse won't reconnect, and I have to turn it off and then back on again. This is quite annoying when I'm gaming. I've already tried updating the Razer Synapse app, but it didn't work.

Hi thinkMustardbox408,

I understand you are having disconnection issues with your Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. Please try these troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.

2. Make sure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub with a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.

3. Try a different USB port.

4. Clean the device by blowing compressed air in between the gaps or components to remove dust or dirt that may have been stuck and may caused the interference.

5. Check if any software is causing the issue. We can start with Razer Synapse. Kindly, exit all apps by going to your System Tray, locate the Synapse Icon, right click and choose “Exit All Apps”.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number so I can check its details on my end and explore potential solutions.

I am looking forward to your response! Thanks!
