When I go into windows hello setup for facial ID it prompts me for me my PIN, accepts my PIN, then the camera turns on, I see my face live, the picture is crystal clear, but it never actually reads my face. I have setup Windows Hello many times on other systems so I know exactly how this should work but it just never moves beyond this point.
My OS and drivers are up-to-date. Everything looks fine. But, facial ID setup just doesn’t complete.
Any ideas?
