Can the "Razer Blade 15” Base (2020) | RZ09-0328x" do VR via the thunderbolt port or using oculus airlink?

I have hears the blade 15 cannot use VR as the thunderbolt is not linked to the dedicated GPU. Is this true? If so, does airlink still work? Thanks.
