Hi together,
the battery of my razer notebook is not working anymore. The tray icon shows 0% (plugged) in Win11 but without loading. Without power supply the notebook is not working anymore.
This happend from one day to another, I have not recognized any issues with the battery before.
Do you have any ideas, maybe it is a software issue because it happend that immediately without any signs?
To be honest, the battery is not that old (2-3 years) and was not used that much (just began using it more often since nov 2022), compared to my very old samsung notebook with the first battery this is not a sign of good quality, if the battery is broken, really… I already checked google if there are any possibilities to get an exchange battery, but within germany there are just suspicious offers and I do not want to have a crappy non original battery pack under my fingers… That´s not cool...
