Blade 14 froze and doesn't power up

Hi 

 

This is my second Blade 14 (RZ09) and I experience the same issue as the previous one.

During a game session (CS Go), the laptop froze. I switch off the computer and when tried to boot it again, it doesn’t power up. The led of the laptop is blinking green, the keyboard and the razer logo don’t light up.

 

I tried the recommended tips provided by Razer : hold the power button until the led blink white the tried to restart again. Same issue.

 

It’s the issue I had on my previous Blade 14 and Razer had to replace it after 1 unsucessfull repair attempt.

 

Have you experience the same thing with your Blade 14 or 15?

I raised a ticket to the support (laptop is still under warranty). Any advice, anything else I can do to fix it?
