razer kitty headset disconnecting/popping noise

I have had my razer kitty headset for less than a year and its already showing signs of wear and tear. I got it last year for Christmas and although they are great sound wise, quality wise they are awful. I've tried multiple different USB ports and nothing stops them from disconnecting and popping. Lately it has been getting worse and the slight movement of the wire causes my whole game to drop from 60 fps to 40fps and even crash my whole game and sometimes my whole pc will just straight up freeze. physically they are showing no signs of wear or tear apart from the wire tangling up, could this be why? I've tried to see if its an issue with synapse but I'm not sure.
