THX Spatial Audio enabled in Blackshark v2 with USB Sound card

I’ve tried activating the 7.1 Surround Sound Code but it said its not eligible using my product serial number.


Please correct me If I’m wrong or the information given was wrong. I was told that it would use the THX Spatial Audio instead. Although the sound playback and drive showed THX Spatial. I don’t hear any sound coming back.  



The only sound from the playback that has a sound is Razer USB CARD. 


From synapse 3 I dont see any nuxer or any tab to select THX Spatial Audiolike in these example below:
