Hi, a proud owner of Razer Book UHD over here!
However, the laptop has become more and more unreliable lately.
It started with flickering screen every now and then that kept getting worse. I decided to do factory reset. Now, I am on Windows 10 with its latest update. But, lately it has become unusable due to the heavy lag.
Doing everything with this laptop has become chores. Everything is lagging. From using Windows Hello in the starting screen, opening Word and the worst is when surfing the web using either Chrome or Edge. Playing Youtube video or Twitch will make the laptop extra lagging and the video would play in stutter and the audio was distorted and crackling.
I have tried /scannow via cmd and to try update every part imaginable on this laptop, from ports, BIOS, etc.
Nothing has fixed my laptop. I really like this small yet powerful laptop. I want to keep using it for years to come. Can anyone help me??
Working with a laptop that filled with lags is just hell on earth.
