Razer chroma only allows me to control all of the argb components on the PC as a single unit

I have used Chroma before but after making changes to my PC, all of the components function as a single rgb element. I have synced Asrock Polychrome to Chroma and the element added to the studio layout shows different lighting elements but the problem still persists. When using Asrock’s software all of the argb works correctly and controls the components independently.
