Like the title said the bluetooth randomly disconnects since an synaps update. It normaly reconnects wthin a moment or so but recently its just dosent.
I dont know where the dongle is so cant test it on hyperspeed. but i have used it in deferent configurations to make sure its not a bluetooth connectivity issue. it seems like the mouse just plain fails for some software reason. this problemhas gotten worse since a fresh install of synaps: now when it disconnects it does not reconnect till i go to the bluetooth connection settings in windows and power off and on the mouse.
what ive tried
- reinstalling synaps fresh
- replacing batteries
