RAZER basilisk x hyperspeed wireless bluetooth not turning on at all

so the mouse was working fine until i saw that it was on 20-ish% battery so i decided to change the battery, after the new battery was in bluetooth did not turn on at all, usb 2.4 worked fine but bluetooth however did not turn on at all and was dead, no blue lights nothing. i also tried to reset it to connection mode but it did not turn on and stayed dead, switched to usb 2.4 and it was normal. im also on a mac which makes it even worse since synapse is not compatible
