Everytime I boot my webcam up it is dark.
I have to manually open a program or use synapse (which freezes) to adjust the gain and max it out.
When I open synapse is says
“The Camera’s current settings are different from Razer Synapse. Which settings do you want to keep using?”
Both buttons do nothing when I click them. I usually have to shut down synapse altogether then load OBS or some other program that allows me to get to the settings.
Synapse is fully updated, windows is fully updated. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, even tried using windows drivers for the webcam as reddit suggested. Nothing works settings always revert.
Also having problems with my Kraken headset as well, Might just dump Razer altogether if it can’t be fixed.
