Razer Barracuda X problem(s)

Hello, 
I just bought a Barracuda X , connected the dongle and everything seemed fine. Except it gets recognized as a speaker instead of headphones and I can't change the audio format. the format is stuck at 16 bit, 48000 Hz and can't be changed. Only when I use the aux cable, I get to change the format. 

ui: Tried the Razer Firmware updater but It doesnt recognize the dongle, I tried all 4 USB ports on my laptop.

ı had the same axact problem. use fx sound then problem will be over instantly(now ı can use 24 bit)
