Hello!
I bought a Razer core X chroma unit on ebay this February (02.2024) as a almost new great condition display unit. IT served me well till this week . It was left unplugged for 3 weeks and it seems like the unit doesnt want to establish connection. It is stuck in a bootlooping like mode where the fans and light go on for 3 seconds and immidietly it restarts itself without showing up on windows in any way. Although when its connected via normal usb c non thunderbolt it is shown in the device manager properly as razer core x chroma and it gives out a message about plugging it with thunderbolt cable. But when the proper thunderbolt cable is connected its unresposive and seems to be restarting itself constantly.
I tried it with 3 different graphics cards 2 different thunderbolt cables and 3 different laptops in all configurations, swapping and testing everything
Laptops used;.
Samsung book 3 pro 360 (which Is my personal and was used with it till now)
Microsoft surface studio 2 , Razer Blade 16 RZ09-0483UGj4 ,
Cards; rtx 2060 (my personal used in the egpu till now), rtx 3070 and rtx 4070 super
So as you can see the options are narrowed down to the egpu itself , the support site shows me the its out of warranty and its believable as it was not bought directly from razer.
And now comes the question what do I do ? I cant get help directly from support, cant find any firmware nor anything. Please help me ://

*Should also add that the internal psu was also tested and is working properly.
