Kiyo pro ongoing low mic audio
I'm still having an issue I've had since day one.
my mic audio is very low. ( roughly 12db low )
It's not my system as all other mic's don't have this problem.
i've tried numerous software seeing if its a software issue but sadly no.
when you watch the audio detection lights they barely move.
Anyone have a solution?

Did you already try to update its firmware? If not yet, you can get it here and just follow the steps. PM me the serial number should the issue persists so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the mic problem of your Razer Kiyo Pro. Thanks!
