Hello,
Since 1 week Chroma Studio’s module doesn’t recognize my Cynosa Chroma, Goliathus Extended Chroma and my Mamba Elite and tells me “No compatible devices detected. Please connect a Razer Chroma device or enable “Chroma connect” in supported third-party device software.”
Windows tells me there is a “driver error” on all 3 devices but when I want to install all my devices’ drivers from Razer.com to see if the problem can be here, the message “the latest available firmware is already installed” appears.
I’ve also tried to plug my devices into other USB ports but nothing changed.
Can you help me please ?
