Visualiser stopped controlling Thermaltake fans

Hi,

Since I built my PC in August, visualiser has been able to control all my Razer peripherals, Lian Li Dynamic chassis and Thermaltake fans installed in my case.
Since an upgrade about a week ago, the fans do not work with visualiser, yet they still work in chroma studio? Everything else works as before?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled every piece of software, so any ideas what’s broken in the updated version of Synapse?

thanks for any ideas.

Same happening to me, all Razer peripherals are working but AURA controlled RGB (fans, ram and mb). Always worked like a charm (thanks to Aura connect app). But suddenly from yesterday or the day before all Chroma Apps (not only Visualizer) aren't working anymore with the aura controlled RGBs, whilst all Studio profiles works even for "aura peripherals".
Just checked as i have the ASUS app controlling my motherboard lighting, you are right its the same for that too.
So as its not just the TT software, i assume its the Visualiser software.
it's not just the visualizer, but all chroma connect apps aren't working...
Sorry, missed that bit.
still new to this and so far I only have Visualizer in the apps section .
I will wait for the fix before adding any more apps then.
Thanks
I have the same problem with Msi Mystic Light (that is official supported) and all Chroma Connected app (like Hue or Visualizer). Do you know if Razer recognized the problem?
Since latest update of both synapse 3 and tt rgb software profiles work in sync but chroma connect apps cannot sync tt rgb software with razer products (eg wallpaper engine, vivaldi or razer chroma pc games). tried reinstalling both applications even older versions and even system restore. Nothing worked. What gives guys? mcdvoice login
I have had a contact on the support ticket I raised. They are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. So hang tight and I will put anything I find out from them here for you guys.
I have just tried a full uninstall complete with a registry edit as asked, but its still the same so I have sent a fresh set of logs off to support.
