Blackwidow Elite Media Keys RGB are not fully light up in Synapse 4

After update to Synapse 4, Blackwidow Elite Media Keys RGB are not fully light up. When I exit from Synapse, media keys RGB are fully light up again.

In July, I was informed by the support team via email that the issue had been identified. However, it has still not been resolved. Razer Synapse 3 is supposed to be no longer supported in February. When will the problem finally be fixed?
