Default lighting when Windows is locked

Hello everybody, if my thread is in a wrong category, so please move it. I have the keyboard BlackWidow Elite and mouse Mamba Wireless, and configured the lightning in the Synapse-3-Software. Anytime, when I lock my Windows, the lighting don't work which I configured in Synapse. The hardware shows the default rainbow lightning. What is the reason? Doesn't support Razer that?

    Same here, when you lock razerS lock too so your lighting is paused i think so that why. I think for now, no its not working

    This has been explained in several threads already. Synapse is required to control the lighting effects. When you lock your system, the app, for the lack of a better word, sleeps, and that is why the keyboard goes back to the default lighting effect. *Consider this thread locked.
