Multiple Chroma RGB Controllers getting detected in Synapse but not in Chroma Studio

PLEASE HELP!

I have two chroma RGB controllers. I have 7 fans, 6 connected to one controller and 1 in another. Both controllers are getting detected in Synapse and the lights are getting synced. But the fan connected to the second controller is not showing in the chroma studio. What should I do?

Nothing you can do.

Synapse doesn’t support 2 the same devices (that have the same PID_VID combination), so only 1st connected is visible.

I am getting an opposite phenomena: I have only one controller but Synapse shows 2…
