Something I love to do is having a dark purple glow as a static layer and bright pink reactive layer on top of it. It looks fantastic when it triggers, but...when the bright pink fades out, it does not smoothly revert to purple. Instead, the keyboard lighting turns off entirely for a split milisecond, and THEN it turns on again and goes purple.
