Switch profile / light up keys according to the selected keyboard layout (Windows)

Hi, this I think is a tough one. I write in many languages and I am changing keyboard layouts frequently. Some of them completely replace the number row with accented characters. I would welcome possibility to change the profile according to the keyboard layout selected. This does not need to be reading the system settings - it can be mapped to the Left Alt + Shift button combo which effectively cycles through keyboard layouts in such a way, that each time the Alt + Shift is pressed the profile gets toggled.
