[Assumption] missing integration with the epic games store and xbox platform? Outdated integration with Origin/EA app?
Hello My name is Krzysztof and a few days ago I downloaded Razer Cortex. When connecting the platforms, I noticed that there was no integration with the epic games store and xbox platforms and they were visible in the tiles below the integration. Here's my main question: is this an oversight, maybe something isn't working with this integration, or does Razer Cortex not yet support integration with Epic games store and xbox?
Moreover, when I try to connect my Origin account and, for some time now, EA app, I keep receiving a message about the failed attempt. As a computer layman, I can only guess that the integration may be outdated.
I would be extremely grateful if someone more familiar with the topic from the community or support staff could provide me with detailed information about these 2 questions.

Epic and Xbox are not supported in Razer Cortex Platform section. The integration needs the extra efforts with Epic and XBOX team. We’ve contacted them, but the process is rather slow. We will definitely want to support these two amazing gaming platforms in the future.
You are right. Origin updated the name, the old integration doesn’t work any more. Our team is working on it. Thank you for asking.

Some information here cannot be edited such as Title, Genres, Developer, Publisher, and Steam score. They are information collected from Steam or other gaming platforms supported in Razer Cortex. If these items are blank, it means you may not connect the platforms with Razer Cortex, or no relative information is grabbed by Razer Cortex successfully.
Items that canbe edited here are Nickname, Rating, and Tags.

It would be nice to let us update these information for the games added manually.
It would also be great to remove the non-working connections to not let us try the connect several times unsuccessfully :)
