This is quit simple, I optimized my computer, cortex fuc**up somewhere with my ram and now I can’t boot my pc, it also boot with cortex settings, witch men’s that I can’t boot my pc, and even I it does, I can barely play, and go on the web before it crash, otherwise I can’t open cortex to restore my optimisation settings because every time I try it blue screen my pc, and I know that even If I uninstall cortex the settings would still be up and still make bsod

If i tick Minecraft in the processes section of the ‘Boost” does it slow down Minecraft or make it faster?Please help I’m new to Razer.

I tried to boost valorant many times but the only thing that stands there is “Unable to retrieve youre game´s current setting.please restart the game or directly change in-game settings.if you still encounter problems, update razer cortex to its latest version (if applicable) i checked and i have the newest version i restartet the game more then 2 times and i tried to find the “GameUserSettings” for valorant but i dont have any.how do i fix this?(my razer cortex version is 10.12.6.0)

Hello, I'd like to ask you about an issue that the app caused on my computer.I used the app a day ago to play a game than i finished and turned off my computer, then today i can't open such apps like my browsers in which i was using yesterday while the app was running ;whenever i open any one it starts than on the process of the increasing on consuming in task manager ,the browsers suddenly shut down and i removing the the Razer Cortex app but there's no difference. 

Razer cortex has stopped opening, I have used task manager to restart, I have repaired it and I have reinstalled it multiple times but it still wont open. It shows in task manager, but no window shows up.I have already got the cortex logs, but cant find a place to open a support case, other than the chatbot which cannot help.Any help is really appreciated

When im playing a game like roblox, fortnite, or minecraft, and I try to open up discord, I cant open it. It wont let me press on anything like my apps or taskbar. I can only use my keyboard. This happens 50/50 times and it wont let me press on anything even after I close the game. I have to restart my pc to be able to press on things. I think its because of the boost things in razer cortex, but I dont know. I only use razer for razer cortex.

When I try to optimize my game settings, it says ‘unable to retrieve your game’s current settings, please restart the game or directly change ingame settings’, but this only happens for fortnite, valorant, roblox, and overwatch. works fine for genshin and honkai star rail. how can i fix this?

Dear readers, I was wondering would it be nice to have a achievement library for the games you have in your library? So that you can keep track off all your achievements from games in one place. And maybe earn a special trophy from razer from it.Idk if this idea would be useful and if it might already be in the works but personally I'd love to see this feature!

so my overlay works on the forest but on scrap mechanic doesnt. in ets2 it sometimes work sometimes doesnt. anyone know why?

In the Razer Cortex booster, you can choose which app to close when starting games. But I notice that the app that was closed will not be reopened by Cortex when exiting the game. Is there an option or anything that I need to check for the app to be reopened?Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

I have been having this issue where my game would minimize unexpectedly in the middle of a fight in Counter Strike or in Grand Theft Auto: Five. I have been trying to find a fix for about a week and I turned off Auto-Boost which immediately fixed the problem. I’m not sure exactly which process/service it could be that causes the games to minimize but this is the solution that worked for me. I hope this works for anyone else having this problem as well.

Hello, I have enabled Razer Cortex In game Overlay to display FPS, time and game time but it just doesn’t seem to work.I’ve also read on other threads that the funcionality was disabled several months ago, but I’m not sure if it was entirely disabled or just for some games.I’m trying to use it in games like CoD: Warzone or Escape from Tarkov unsuccesfullyAny advise on this matter?

I try to open the app the tray works but the window doesn’t pop up, just shows up for a second on the taskbar and disappears. I haven’t had this problem before converting to Windows 11

Basically title. I can’t seem to get Razer Cortex to show my FPS in games like Roblox. I have already found a solution which is literally go to another user that is the admin (Thanks, Mediamarkt for bloating it and already setting it up even tho i wanted to) and get Roblox from there, but that’s really about it… Do I need to run the game on my normal user through fullscreen? PLS help!!

Hello, the Razer Cortex application has stopped opening, in fact it doesn't maximize, it goes straight to the hidden icons in the taskbar, I've tried opening it in every way, I've reinstalled it twice, nothing works. Any solution?
